Some Pictures Recovered

Friday, June 22nd, 2012

Thanks to taking many pictures, WordPress and Google’s image search we managed to get a bunch of the bear portraits back online. Note that many of them are actually second-choice pictures. But hey, now at least we can enjoy them!

Also, we decided it might be interesting to see what our adopted family members do nowadays. So to give you a taste, look at the message Stubby wrote!

Pictures Lost

Friday, June 15th, 2012

With much regret we have to inform you that we have had some irreversible data loss on our website and picture database. This means that many of the portraits of our bears are lost…  🙁

We are working hard to ensure that you can visit our site as you might have done before.

Sorry, sorry, sorry!

Not Receiving Our Newsletter?

Tuesday, January 24th, 2012

Dear Borderbears-newsletter-subscribers,

Regrettably, we have noticed that some of our subscribers have not received our newsletters.

Even after some testing, we have not been able to reliably find the cause of this. But what we do know, is that the newsletter email might be ending up in your junk or spam box, due to some aggressive filtering by your provider.

So until we’ve found a proper solution to this problem, please bear with us and look in your deleted/spam/junk mail box!

Thank you for your understanding.

Have a Nice Dinner!

Wednesday, December 21st, 2011

Because you’re not going to spend these wonderful holidays with an empty stomach, are you? Well maybe you are, but we are going to stuff ourselves. With honey!

Speaking of food, here’s a nice picture of Todor and Brom, just leaving for Christmas dinner shopping:

Oh, what’s that? Who’s that pipsqueek’s nose sticking out of the front of the carriage?  Oh dear, Honey  and cheese, what is that going to taste like?

Anyway, I’m going a little off-track here. The real reason I’m posting is of course not only to wish you a very comfortable Christmas with your friends and family, but especially to wish for you to have a beartastic 2012!

On top of that I would like to give a big thank you to all our great Border Bear adopters for taking care of our dear brothers and sisters!

The Border Spokesbear.

Best Wishes for the New Bear ..err.. Year!

Tuesday, December 21st, 2010

And of course a beary Christmas!

We would like to thank you all for your kind reactions and taking such good care for the Border Bears family. Without you, our special little friends would be long extinct!
We’re going to make sure the family is even going to be much bigger and merrier in the years to come!
So, enjoy the holidays with your friends and/or family.
Oh, and don’t eat too much, leave some for your Border Bear 😉

Thanks, BärReport, for the wonderful story!
